Abstract
The utility model relates to the field of in-vitro laboratory diagnostics and laboratory sample quality management systems and can be used in clinical diagnostic and research laboratories for pre-analytical control of materials intended for assessing biological age by the telomere index (T / S) using qPCR / MMqPCR methods. The technical result of the claimed utility model consists in reducing the systematic error of biological age due to the automatic accounting of: delay before fractionation, hemolysis, freeze-thaw, batch effects. The technical result is achieved in that the pre-analytical control and biological age determination results station comprises a housing, a tray with guides for installing a telomere cartridge, an optical photometric unit for assessing hemolysis, including a spectrophotometric channel and a photo-RGB module, a temperature logger reading module, including an NFC logger reader,a sample identification unit with a barcode and / or QR code scanner, an electronic computing module, a printer for outputting an identification label with the result, and an interface for transmitting data to the laboratory information system, wherein the electronic computing module is configured to calculate correction factors and automatically correct the T / S indicator taking into account the hemolysis index, temperature history, time to fractionation, and the number of freeze-thaw cycles, as well as to calculate the biological age using a built-in model, generate an identification label with the result and quality flags, log events, and self-test the station units.
