Manual press for molding organic substrate

Abstract

The utility model relates to equipment for processing organic materials and can be used for forming an organic substrate in the form of briquettes, blocks or granules used in agriculture, horticulture and waste disposal. The hand press comprises a frame (1), a removable PVC cylinder (2) with drainage holes, a piston (5) with a rod and a drive lever (3). The lever mechanism is provided with a reinforced hinge (7) with a bushing and side plates, as well as a return spring (4). A drain pan (6) is located under the cylinder. The press is autonomous, it works due to the muscular force of the operator. The technical result consists in increasing the ease of use, reducing physical strain due to the automatic return of the piston, increasing the wear resistance of the hinges and simplifying the sanitary cleaning of the device.
