Abstract
This utility model relates to passive aerosol sampling devices for atmospheric air and is designed to capture suspended particles in well-type samplers, including when monitoring snow cover pollution intensity. The filter cartridge assembly comprises a housing with an inlet and a well cavity, support and clamping elements, between which a track-etched membrane is secured. The membrane is a disk-shaped material made of low-background polyethylene terephthalate, 5-25 μm thick, with through cylindrical pores 0.1-10 μm in diameter and a density of 10^4-10^8$ pores / cm². The distance from the inlet to the membrane plane is 5-50 mm. The assembly is equipped with a protective cover for transportation. The technical result consists in increasing the reproducibility of passive particle collection due to fixed sedimentation geometry and ensuring the possibility of using the membrane as a direct sediment carrier for microscopic, spectrometric and / or radiometric analysis without additional sample preparation.
