A test bench for testing products under three-component vibration

Abstract

This utility model relates to testing equipment, specifically to rigs for testing products under three-component vibration. The technical result of using the proposed utility model is the expansion of functionality and improvement of technical characteristics.Each vibration transmitting device is made as a prefabricated unit and consists of two equal-sized frames, which when assembled complement them to form a rectangular prefabricated frame, each vibration exciter is made in the form of a drive for the reversible reciprocating motion of the prefabricated frame, each dual drive is oriented along the coordinate axes of the opposite faces of the prefabricated frame and is made with the possibility of a controlled change in the amplitude of oscillations of the prefabricated frame, elastic elements, such as compression springs, are placed between the opposite faces of each prefabricated frame and the opposite surfaces of the platform interacting with them, while a microprocessor control device is additionally included in the composition of the stand, the output of which is connected through a converter device to the input of each of the three drives for the reversible reciprocating motion of the prefabricated frames.
