Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of transport devices, specifically to belt conveyor components, specifically to support rollers designed for use with conveyor belts equipped with transverse baffles, used in transporting snow, bulk, and wet materials. The support roller for a conveyor belt with transverse baffles comprises a housing, an axle, bearing assemblies, and a roller running surface. The central portion of the roller running surface features a recessed unloading zone located along the length of the roller running surface. The shape of the recess ensures that the transverse baffles of the conveyor belt do not contact the roller running surface, allowing them to pass freely. The roller design reduces dynamic loads, minimizes wear on the conveyor belt, and improves its stability.The technical result consists in eliminating the catching of the transverse partitions of the conveyor belt on the support roller, reducing the wear of the conveyor belt, decreasing dynamic loads and vibration, increasing the reliability of the belt conveyor operation, and increasing the service life of the rollers and the conveyor belt.
