Abstract

The utility model relates to medicine and is intended for the comprehensive, sequential rehabilitation of patients with paralysis following spinal injuries, strokes, and patients with cerebral palsy. This utility model is aimed at achieving a technical result consisting of increased efficiency due to the possibility of using it for independent exercises in patients with lower limb paralysis, including cerebral palsy. This technical result is achieved by the fact that the lower limb muscle training machine comprises a support base on which a vertically oriented post is fixed, supporting a crossbar, on which, on opposite sides of the vertically oriented post, hinged assemblies are mounted with an axis of rotation perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the crossbar, supporting rigid rods lowered towards the support base,having the ability to swing towards each other and spread apart in opposite directions and having platforms at the free ends for placing the user's feet, wherein the said stand or crossbar is connected to rests for the user's hands, is provided with elastic rods connecting the rigid rods to the free ends of the crossbar to ensure the return of these rigid rods to the position of spreading the user's feet, and on the vertically oriented stand a support for the chest and a support for the pelvis of the user are fixed with elements for fixing the user to these supports, wherein on the rigid rods, adjustable in height for fixing the knees of the user are fixed.
