Abstract

This utility model relates to medicine. The exercise complex is used to restore musculoskeletal function in a patient's upright position. It comprises a frame, patient restraints, a leg drive in the form of footplates, and the patient restraints include foot braces, knee pads, a pelvic support, a waist support, and a thoracic support.Mounted on the frame are two vertically oriented posts, to which are detachably attached removable knee pads, installed on each post with the ability to adjust their position longitudinally, widthwise, and heightwise. Attached to the frame are platforms for footrest holders, which (designed with the ability) have the ability to adjust their position widthwise (height) on the platforms (posts), and with the ability to move back horizontally. The pelvic retainer and the thoracic retainer are connected to the vertically oriented post and represent platforms with fixing straps made of dense material with Velcro fasteners at the free ends. These posts are mounted with the ability to swing relative to the upper point of their attachment to the frame in parallel directions.A shaft with two cranks is mounted on the frame transverse to the direction of the said columns' swing. Each crank is pivotally connected to one of the said columns to synchronize their movement and regulate stride length. Attached to the frame above the pivot points of the said columns is a soft-surfaced, horizontally positioned, arched support platform, which serves as armrests. The patient's armrests and pelvic support are adjustable in both directions.
