Abstract
A device for the rehabilitation of patients with paralysis of the lower limbs, comprising a frame made in the form of a walker mounted on front and rear wheel supports, and equipped with patient fastening elements in the form of belts connected by flexible rods to the frame, characterized in that the frame of the walker is made U-shaped in plan for placing the patient between its longitudinal elements, the walker is made adjustable in height and width, at least one of the support wheels is equipped with a reverse braking mechanism, two longitudinal rod elements in the frame are made adjustable in length, these elements are connected by a single crossbar on which some support wheels are mounted, and the other support wheels are mounted on the free ends of the longitudinal rod elements, with longitudinal rod elements in the area of the patient's location between them in front of the crossbar connecting these elements two vertical posts are installed,on which a crossbar with stops for the patient's knees, made with the possibility of adjusting their spatial position relative to this bar, is installed with the possibility of moving and fixing in a given position, two vertical posts are connected with longitudinal rod elements in the area of the crossbar connecting these elements, on which a lower crossbar and an upper crossbar are fixed with the possibility of moving up and down along them and fixing in a given position, wherein one elastic traction, adjustable in length, with a T-shaped belt for fixing the patient's pelvis is attached to the upper crossbar, and two elastic tractions, adjustable in length, with devices for fixing the patient's shoes are attached to the lower crossbar.
