A training device for the rehabilitation of patients with paralysis of the limbs, comprising a vertically positioned support post secured to a supporting surface, and a horizontally positioned crossbar installed with the ability to swing in the vertical direction, as well as an elastic traction connected at one end to the horizontally positioned crossbar, and the other to a slider on the vertically positioned support post, wherein the vertically positioned support post is made telescopic and is equipped with a bearing for ensuring the swing of the horizontally positioned crossbar in the horizontal direction relative to the telescopic post and a bearing for ensuring the swing of the horizontally positioned crossbar in the vertical direction,wherein the elastic traction is connected at one end to a horizontally positioned crossbar through a slider, which has the ability to move along this crossbar and be fixed on it, and the horizontally positioned crossbar is made telescopic, the retractable part of which has an L-shaped bend, which is a platform with a stop for fastening the user's foot.
