Abstract

This utility model relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the manufacture of thermal insulation products from expanded perlite sand. The composition of lightweight perlite concrete contains the following components, by weight. %: lime 3.9-4.9 gypsum 0.2-0.3 microsilica 5.2-12.5 expanded perlite sand 28.6-31.2 basalt fiber 0.5-0.7 protein foaming agent 0.6-0.8 water 53.7-56.9 Technical result – reduction of density to 140-190 kg / m3, thermal conductivity coefficient to 0.041-0.047 W / (m °C), increase in compressive strength to 0.35-0.42 MPa, reduction of hardening time from 28 days to 16 hours.
