The composition of lightweight perlite concrete contains the following components, by weight. %: lime 3.9-4.9 gypsum 0.2-0.3 microsilica 5.2-12.5 expanded perlite sand 28.6-31.2 basalt fiber 0.5-0.7 protein foaming agent 0.6-0.8 water 53.7-56.9 Technical result – reduction of density to 140-190 kg / m3, thermal conductivity coefficient to 0.041-0.047 W / (m °C), increase in compressive strength to 0.35-0.42 MPa, reduction of hardening time from 28 days to 16 hours.
