The technical result is a pressed panel with a dense structure, reduced porosity, and a reduced likelihood of voids and delamination due to a two-stage structure formation, improving the panel's suitability for mechanical processing. The achievement of the specified technical result is ensured by using dried wheat straw as a plant filler, crushed to a fraction of no more than 20 mm with a residual moisture content of 6-8%, the introduction of a polymer binder, preliminary cold compaction of the raw mixture and subsequent hot pressing at a temperature of 100-180°C, a pressure of 2-4 MPa for 2-10 minutes. The utility model ensures rational processing of grain crop waste, environmental friendliness and technological effectiveness of the production of board materials.
