Abstract

This utility model relates to functional nutrition, specifically to powdered beverage formulations intended for consumption during periods of increased physical and emotional stress. The development can be used in sports medicine, fitness, military and emergency medicine, as well as in the prevention of hypohydration and energy depletion. The objective of the utility model is to create a balanced composition in the form of a hypotonic powder for the preparation of a sports drink, providing effective nutritional support during physical activity through a combination of adaptogens, mitochondrial energizers, electrolytes, vitamins, and metabolic activators in order to increase endurance, reduce fatigue, and improve body hydration. A composition is proposed containing dextrose, electrolytes, ascorbic acid, succinic acid, L-carnitine tartrate, rebaudioside A, juniper extract, and at least one medicinal plant extract selected from the group consisting of licorice, cistanche, rhodiola rosea, fireweed, thyme, peppermint, lemon balm, barberry, and tarragon. Sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, or combinations thereof are used as electrolytes. The technical result consists in the creation of a hypotonic sports drink with improved hydration properties, providing fluid and electrolyte replenishment, maintaining energy metabolism, increasing physical performance and accelerating recovery after physical exertion due to a combination of carbohydrates, electrolytes, a mitochondrial energy source, a metabolic activator and a complex of plant-based biologically active substances.
