Thus, the objective of the utility model is to develop a balanced composition of a hypotonic powder with an extended biological effect for the preparation of a drink, providing support to the body during stress by activating metabolic and mitochondrial processes, improving recovery and resistance to stress. The technical result consists in improving the hydration balance and tolerance of sports nutritional support, increasing resistance to physical activity and accelerating recovery thereafter due to a combination of a carbohydrate base, a mitochondrial energy source, a metabolic activator, as well as at least one medicinal plant extract, and at least one component.
