Abstract
A refrigerated container system comprising a platform having a frame mounted on a chassis, insulated containers placed on the platform, consisting of a frame and side rails equipped with thermal insulation, doors, a roof, and a bottom with fittings and divided internally by a transverse vertical partition into an air shaft and a cargo compartment in which an air duct with slots for the passage of air is made under the roof, and above the bottom there is a grated floor with the formation of a space between it and the bottom, wherein said air duct and the space between the grated floor and the bottom are connected to the air shaft by openings made in the transverse vertical partition, as well as a refrigeration and heating unit with an evaporator, at least one circulator fan and a power source, equipped with a separate power unit installed on the platform, containing a frame, side rails, doors, a roof and a bottom with fittings on its outer side and divided inside by a transverse vertical partition into a machine room and an air shaft, wherein a refrigeration and heating unit and a power supply are installed in the machine room, and an evaporator and at least one fan-circulator are installed in the air shaft, the air shaft of the power unit is divided by a longitudinal vertical bulkhead into two compartments connected to each other by an opening made in the bulkhead, the air shaft of each isothermal container is also divided by a longitudinal vertical bulkhead into two compartments, in each compartment of the air shafts of the power unit and each isothermal container, hatches equipped with lids are made in their bottoms, and two longitudinal air ducts are mounted on the platform frame, in the upper wall of each of which hatches are made, equipped with lids, on the outer surface of which stops are fixed, designed with the ability to interact with the hatch covers of the power unit and isothermal containers when installed on the platform frame and opening the covers and connecting the hatches of the air ducts and the power unit and isothermal containers, in addition, it contains a navigation sensor - a tracker, solar panels based on a system of photovoltaic concentrators, vacuum insulation panels are used as a heat insulator. Technical result: simplification of the design, increase in useful volume, reduction in energy consumption, as well as weight and dimensions with equal useful volume of the refrigerated container system as a whole and isothermal containers, ensuring universality of use of the refrigerated container system and its components, the possibility of obtaining detailed information about the location of the refrigerated container system using satellite navigation systems, as well as remote control of temperature conditions inside containers
