Abstract

In a mobile block building for workers' rest with a garage, containing a base, wall panels with window and door openings, external and internal walls and insulation located between them, ceiling panels, a floor and a roof, means for connecting the panels to each other and utility lines, what is new, according to the utility model, is that the overall external dimensions of the mobile block building, consisting of a first floor - a garage and a workshop, the second floor - a room for rest and dining is not less than 24500x8800x8180 mm, the frame of which is a metal structure consisting of columns, trusses, beams, ties, spacers, roof purlins and crossbars; the walls, ceiling, and internal partitions are made of sandwich panels with a thickness of 150 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm, respectively, a non-combustible heat and sound insulating board made of mineral wool based on basalt group rocks is used as insulation; The gable roof is constructed from trusses and purlins, and is covered with 150mm thick sandwich roof panels. The garage also includes a reinforced concrete slab with a railway siding for a railcar garage, with the possibility of installing an inspection pit due to the presence of a workshop. a room for rest and dining, the floor frame of which is made of a 160x160x5 mm profile pipe, the load-bearing cross beams of the floor are made of a channel, the insulation is a non-combustible heat and sound insulating board made of mineral wool based on rocks of the basalt group with a thickness of at least 160 mm, laid between two layers of wind and moisture protection membrane, and the main covering is made of plywood, one layer of which is at least 18 mm thick, commercial, wear-resistant linoleum and PVC skirting boards around the perimeter of the room, the base of which is made of C8 profiled sheets with a thickness of 0.5 mm; the entrance door is at least 900 mm wide and at least 2000 mm high, is metal, single-leaf and insulated with a cylindrical lock and a push handle, and is located on one of the sides of the building, depending on the mirror symmetry of the building's installation; interior door made of PVC, solid and single-leaf with a latch lock and a push handle, measuring at least 800x2000 mm, in the amount of 8 pieces; in addition, it additionally includes roller shutter gates with an electric drive, 4200 mm wide and 6000 mm high; the first window is 3300 mm wide and 1165 mm high, 6 pieces in number, installed on both sides of the mobile block building, is a stained glass plastic, double-chambered with triple glazing, divided into 3 parts by lintels with a transom single-leaf opening in two windows, the second window is 1170 mm wide and 1470 mm high with one tilt-and-turn sash, 5 pieces in number, and the third window is 1170 mm wide and 570 mm high with a transom opening, 2 pieces in number, are plastic, double-chambered with triple glazing; at the entrance, there is a porch with a canopy. The technical result consists in increasing the cost-effectiveness of the construction of modular block buildings by reducing the number of complex technological processes, reducing construction times, the possibility of their assembly at any time of the year, improving operational characteristics and ensuring the possibility of their delivery, installation and operation, in addition to maintaining the temperature for comfortable living under extreme temperature conditions, such as low (-45°C), and high (+45°C) ambient temperatures, while simultaneously increasing seismic resistance, i.e. use in areas with seismicity of no more than 6 points, including with calculated values of snow load, kPa (kgf / m2) - 1.5 (150) and wind pressure, kPa (kgf / m2) - 0.56 (56).
