Abstract

The claimed utility model relates to the field of construction, in particular to transportable, quickly erected building structures for various functional purposes. In a block module for assembling mobile block buildings, containing a base, external wall panels with window and door openings, internal partitions, ceiling and floor frames, four corner posts connecting the ceiling and floor frames to each other, what is new, according to the utility model, is that the overall dimensions of the block module LxWxH are made in the range of 2000-12000x1500-2500x2400-3500 mm; external wall panels and internal partitions are made of metal three-layer sandwich panels with a thickness of 100-200 mm and 50-100 mm, respectively, with insulation in the form of a non-combustible heat and sound insulating board made of mineral stone wool with a density of 90-160 kg / m³; the ceiling frame is made of a 120x52x5 mm channel, while the supporting cross beams of the ceiling are made of a 3 mm thick steel C-shaped profile with insulation placed between them made of non-combustible mineral wool based on basalt group rocks with a thickness of at least 160 mm, protected by layers of wind-moisture-proof membrane; The floor frame is made from a 160x60x5 mm channel, while the supporting floor cross beams are also made from 3 mm thick C-shaped steel profile with insulation placed between them made from mineral wool based on basalt group rocks with a thickness of at least 160 mm; the corner posts are made from a welded steel structure made from a complex bent profile. The technical result consists in increasing the cost-effectiveness of constructing modular buildings from block modules by reducing the number of complex technological processes, reducing manufacturing costs, as well as increasing the resistance of the structure to climatic influences and the ease of operation of the block module itself.
