Abstract

The invention is designed for the management and control of production processes in industrial environments. It is also used to automate a wide range of tasks, including process control, parameter monitoring, data collection, equipment adjustment, and more. One of the key results will be the production of an inexpensive, technically simple, accessible, and, most importantly, manufactured device in the Republic of Kazakhstan with characteristics equal to, and sometimes even superior to, well-known foreign analogues. This technical result is achieved by the controller comprising a housing (1), a processor module (2), and a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and galvanic isolation module (3), connected via a 40-pin connector. In this case, the processor module 2 includes a CPU unit (microprocessor) 4, to which a read-only memory (ROM) 6, a real-time clock (RTC) 7, a peripheral interface (SDIO 4 bit) 8 for microSD cards, a physical Ethernet interface 9, a USB interface 10, a serial peripheral interface (SPI2) 11, a galvanic isolation microcircuit of the RS-485 interface block 2 12, to which a 6-pin expansion connector 13 is connected, an RS-485 interface block 1 14, 1-wire interface 15, bus for writing and reading the program (I2C_1) 16, bus for reading and writing the calibration coefficients of the ADC chip (I2C_2) 17, non-volatile memory module EEPROM1 18, light-emitting diode (LED) indicator 19, random access memory (RAM) 5, connected to the CPU unit 4. The digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and galvanic isolation module 3 includes a series-connected digital signal processor (DSP) 20 with terminals 28, a DSP control device 21, a DSP galvanic isolation microcircuit 22, outputs 23 with terminals 28, a non-volatile memory module EEPROM2 24 containing calibration and tuning coefficients, block 1 RS-485 galvanic isolation microcircuit 25 with terminals 28, 1-wire galvanic isolation microcircuit 26 with terminals 28, 24 V power converter 27, to which a 24 V power connector 29 is connected. The module for high-speed data exchange with SIEMENS SIMATIC controllers of the S7-300, S7-400, S7-1500, WinAC series is implemented in software, which enables quick integration into existing systems.
