Abstract
The strain A / chicken / Akmola / KZ / 62 / 2021(H5N8) of the avian influenza virus, family Orthomyxoviridae, genus Alphainfluenzavirus, serotype A, subtype H5N8, was obtained, intended for the preparation of domestic antigen-containing diagnostic and vaccine preparations against avian influenza A / H5N8. The invention relates to the field of virology and represents a new strain of the avian influenza virus subtype H5N8, which can be used for the production of specific test systems for the diagnosis of influenza in populations of wild and domestic birds, the production of vaccine preparations, the specific detection of RNA of the avian influenza virus using RT-PCR, the construction of recombinant strains using reverse genetics, and the evaluation of the antiviral activity of various drugs and new compounds. Studies on bacterial and fungal contamination and the presence of other viruses in the viral suspension showed the sterility of the studied strain. The isolated strain A / chicken / Akmola / KZ / 62 / 2021(H5N8) is deposited in the Collection of Microorganisms of the Republican State Enterprise “Research Institute for Biological Safety Problems” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan under registration number M-18-22 / D and is stored in the form of embryonic virus-containing allantoic fluid, poured into cryovials at a temperature of minus 70°C. The viability of the strain in a stable state is maintained by reproduction in 10-day developing chicken embryos of SPFkur annually.
