In a method that includes the evaluation of animals by type and origin, by live weight and body measurements - height at the withers, oblique body length, chest girth, pastern girth, by the exterior and milk yield of mares, where a preliminary assessment of animals is carried out at 3.5 years, while fillies and colts are selected according to the established minimum parameters of live weight and body measurements, and adult mares with a live weight of 445 kg, with a cup-shaped or round udder are finally selected for selection, with conical or cylindrical nipples directed vertically downwards, with a daily yield of commercial milk in the third month of lactation of 3.0 kg, and stallions with a live weight of 485 kg, with body measurements: height at withers - 152 cm, oblique body length - 154 cm, chest girth - 181 cm, metacarpus girth - 19.5 cm.
