Abstract

The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the development of flat ore deposits. The technical result of the invention is to ensure complete safety, since people do not enter the space being mined, that is, working people and equipment are not exposed to the danger of being hit by pieces of rock mass, possibly even mass collapses, which threatens human casualties and the loss of expensive equipment and efficiency due to the completeness of extraction, the absence of fastening bolts or the saving of fastening bolts, without the installation of acoustic (expensive) devices, warning of a possible approaching collapse, in order to save human lives and equipment. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the known method of developing flat ore deposits without people entering the space being mined, the ore body is divided into extraction areas or cleaning chambers, field drifts are formed in the lower part of the cleaning chambers along the contour of the ore body, ascending boreholes are drilled in a fan-shaped arrangement in the ore body of the cleaning chamber, ore is broken out of the cleaning chambers with caving into the field drifts and removed in a retreating order, It is proposed that after loading the mined ore, the mined space, including the field drift, be filled with waste rock, forming an inclined plane at the angle of natural repose, closing the release (rolling) of rock into the field drift, by means of natural or forced collapse of the roof. The slope line coverage of the stope and field drift sections is regulated by the ratio of the volume of ore processed in the stope to the volume of the field drift mined, depending on ore losses. The slope angle of the slope lines is adjusted to a level sufficient for rolling ore into the field drift, depending on the friction coefficient of the rock mass. The dimensions of the field drifts should be selected within the minimum limits sufficient for equipment operation. The field roadway roof should not be secured with bolts. If it is decided to do so, it will result in significant savings in bolts (small fastening areas and wide spacing), as the roof's stability is fully ensured. It is also recommended not to install acoustic (expensive) devices warning of a possible impending collapse, to protect human lives and equipment.
