Abstract

The invention relates to gland thrust devices for sealing a polished rod and can be used for sealing the drive rod of deep-well sucker rod pumps and pumping units during mechanized oil production. The objective is to create a device that simplifies the repair process, reduces assembly and disassembly time, improves operational reliability, ease of installation and removal, and increases the durability of the equipment as a whole and the sealing kit in particular, including by reducing the range of seals and equipment components and improving the frictional properties of rubbing parts by replacing the material. The technical result of using the claimed seal kit is a reduction in the nomenclature, ease of installation, reduced wear and the elimination of rod scuffing due to the replacement of a metal bushing with a polymer one and the combination of the bushing with the cuff holder to form a detachable sealing bushing, as a result of which the service life and the interval between repairs are increased, and due to the detachability, the labor intensity of replacement, installation, dismantling and repair is significantly reduced. A detachable sealing sleeve including a cuff holder and a sleeve, characterized in that the cuff holder and the sleeve are combined into a detachable sealing sleeve made of a polymer material and consisting of two halves with a split along the axis of rotation.
