Abstract
The invention relates to the field of multi-layer heat-protective coatings and can be used in metallurgy, nuclear power, space and other industries, where it is required to preserve the performance of parts under the influence of a high-temperature aggressive environment. The task of the invention is to protect the surface layer from high-temperature exposure. The technical result of the use of the invention consists in increasing the thermal resistance and resistance to thermocyclic destruction of coatings. The essence of the invention is as follows. A combined protective coating for a metal base is proposed, including a bonding layer, an internal ceramic protective layer, and an external protective layer, characterized by the fact that the bonding layer is made of NiCrAlY alloy powder with a particle size of 15–45 μm and a coating thickness of 25–50 μm, and the internal ceramic protective layer is made of a powder stabilized zirconium dioxide YSZ (ZrO₂– 8%Y₂O₃) with a particle size of 15–45 μm, at the same time, the outer protective layer contains a powder material based on gadolinium zirconate GZO (Gd₂Zr₂O7) with a particle size of 15–45 μm.
