Abstract
The invention relates to information and communication technologies. The information system for processing spatiotemporal data from heterogeneous sensor and radio-frequency identification devices comprises three levels: sensor-identification (stationary sensors, wearable devices, radio-frequency identification devices), stream processing, and analytical and predictive. The analytical and forecasting layer includes an adaptive forecasting model with a two-loop architecture: the outer loop calculates the forecast distribution of the influencing factor over multiple time horizons; the inner loop adjusts the parameters of the outer model using data assimilation with each new measurement packet received. The technical result is improved prediction accuracy of affected areas through adaptive model correction and expanded monitoring coverage through the integration of diverse data sources, including tracking of the secondary propagation mechanism. The invention formula contains nine claims: two independent ones (the device and method) and seven dependent ones. It is illustrated by two figures.
