Abstract

This invention relates to a portable system for cooking flatbreads and manakish on a griddle dome designed for home use. This system is characterized by its ease of use and transport, as it can be used on a standard gas stove without the need for any additional equipment or industrial heating sources. It is the first griddle dome coated with ceramic, and for the first time, a griddle dome fully encased in high-quality, multi-layered ceramic is being introduced. This innovation replaces the traditional metal surface with a non-stick, rust-resistant, easy-to-clean, and more efficient layer for retaining radiant heat. The ceramic coating is food-safe, has an attractive appearance, and enhances the user experience without Compromising on traditional baking results. It's important to note that the ceramic coating is only a surface coating; we've retained the traditional metal used for griddle cooking, ensuring that heat distribution remains the same as in the classic method.
