Abstract

An inductor assembly for use in electromagnetic treatment of the human or animal body comprises a housing, a first inductor arranged in the housing for generating a magnetic field for use in the electromagnetic treatment of the human or animal body, and a sensor in or on the housing for measuring at least one property of a magnetic field prevailing at or near the location of the sensor and to provide an output indicative of a measurement result of said at least one measured property. The inductor assembly may also comprise a second inductor.
