Composition of finely chopped seafood, olives and leafy greens

Abstract

A natural food composition comprising of finely chopped into pieces of 3-7 millimeters seafood fillet, ready for consumption, in an amount of 40-70% of the total mass of the final product; finely chopped into pieces of 3-6 millimeters pitted olives, ready for consumption, in an amount of 30-60% of the total mass of the final product; and finely chopped into pieces of 2-6 millimeters leafy greens, ready for consumption, in an amount of 5-20% of the total mass of the final product, mixed with uniform distribution. This consistency, comprising small pieces, makes it possible to feel the natural taste of each natural ingredient, but at the same time, as a whole, this composition leaves the impression of a new unique taste. This composition is extremely beneficial for the body and is suitable for a low- carbohydrate healthy diet.
