Abstract

The present invention discloses a rapid intelligent welding device and method for pot handles, relating to the technical field of automatic welding. It includes a machine table, a support frame fixed above the machine table, a material placement structure provided on the support frame, a fixed shaft ring fixed at the bottom of the machine table, a gear disc rotatably provided on the outer side of the fixed shaft ring, a lifting shaft provided in the middle of the fixed shaft ring, the bottom of the liftingshaft being rotatably connected to the top of a lifting cylinder, a first electromagnet mounted at the upper end of the lifting shaft, a clamping mechanism provided on one side of the machine table, and laser welding mechanisms provided on both the support frame and the machine table. The present invention releases inverted pot bodies at intervals through the material placement mechanism while placing the handle on the clamping mechanism, rotates the pot body and the handle synchronously, and simultaneously performs laser welding with the upper and lower two laser welding mechanisms during the rotation path to achieve welding of the entire edge. Compared to spot welding, it improves welding strength and enables automatic welding, making the welding more efficient.
