A preparation method for a diffusion packet absorbing 15N isotopes

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing an absorption ¹⁵N isotope diffusion packet. The preparation method includes preparing uniformly sized circular glass fiber filter membranes using a single-hole punch, placing a polytetrafluoroethylene breathable hydrophobic membrane on tin foil, placing the circular glass fiber filter membranes on the polytetrafluoroethylene breathable hydrophobic membrane, adding 10 μL of 2.5 mol / L KHSO₄ solution onto the circular glass fiber filter membranes using a pipette, covering with a polytetrafluoroethylene breathable hydrophobic membrane, rotating and pressing the polytetrafluoroethylene breathable hydrophobic membrane around each circular glass fiber filter membrane with the mouth of a round-mouthed glass bottle one by one to form a sealed packet with a circular sealing ring, and cutting to form a single, independent sealed packet to obtain the finished product. The preparation method is more efficient, requires simpler steps and operations, has better sealing performance, and the obtained ¹⁵N isotope diffusion packet can be used to absorb inorganic nitrogen ¹⁵N isotope from soil leachate for ¹⁵N isotope abundance determination research.
