Pfaffia paniculata-based beverage with whitening and spot-removing efficacy, and preparation method therefor

Abstract

Disclosed herein are a Pfaffia paniculata-based beverage with whitening and spot-removing efficacy and a preparation method therefor. The beverage includes the following components : a Pfaffia paniculata extract, containing ecdysterone and polyphenolic compounds; a composite embedding system of β-cyclodextrin and gum Arabic, the mass ratio of the β-cyclodextrin to the gum Arabic in the composite embedding system being 3 : 1, the mass ratio of the composite embedding system to the Pfaffia paniculata extract being 1 : 5 to 1 : 20; histidine, added in an 10 amount of 0.01 - 0.03% of a total mass of the beverage; and nanoscale titanium dioxide, surface- coated with lecithin, added in an amount of 0.5% of the total mass of the beverage. By employing the composite embedding system of β-cyclodextrin and gum Arabic, significantly improving the long-lasting efficacy and storage stability of the product.
