Abstract

The present invention discloses a transcription factor gene DkMYB6 that positively regulates persimmon deastringency, a recombinant expression vector, a recombinant bacterium, and its application, belonging to the field of genetic engineering technology, the nucleotide sequence of the transcription factor gene DkMYB6 that positively regulates persimmon deastringency is shown as SEQ ID NO:1. The present invention also proposes an application of the above transcription factor gene DkMYB6 that positively regulates persimmon deastringency in regulating the biosynthesis of tannins, the transcription factor participates in the persimmon deastringency process by regulating acetaldehyde metabolism to achieve persimmon deastringency.
