Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of agricultural irrigation, and provides a precision variable-rate fertilization system suitable for water-soluble solid fertilizers and liquid fertilizers. The system includes a stirring and fertilizer mixing unit, a precision fertilization unit, an intelligent irrigation unit, and a master control and communication unit. The stirring and fertilizer mixing unit utilizes the cooperation of a fertilizer mixing pump and an electric three-way ball valve, and realizes power reuse for circulating dissolution of solid fertilizers and delivery of liquid fertilizers through flow path switching. The precision fertilization unit adopts a peristaltic pump as the power source, constructs a closed-loop control circuit by combining an electromagnetic flowmeter and a variable-frequency drive (VFD), and corrects flow deviations by using feedforward start logic and proportional-integral-derivative (PID) feedback algorithm.
