Abstract
The present invention provides a bird reproduction ecological monitoring system and method based on edge intelligence and event-driven architecture. The method includes the following steps: At the edge computing node, nest-external visual data, nest-internal sensor data, and environmental monitoring data are synchronously acquired based on a unified time reference; at the edge computing node, the visual and acoustic data are time-aligned, and target recognition and behavior analysis are performed based on an artificial intelligence model to generate ecologically meaningful reproduction behavior events; the reproduction behavior events are spatiotemporally correlated and fused with the environmental monitoring data to generate structured “individual-behavior-environment” event records; based on the type features and confidence evaluation of the event records, the data storage strategy and communication backhaul mechanism are adaptively controlled.
