Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of surgical materials, specifically to a tissue-engineered artificial bone and its construction method, comprising a core scaffold, a seed cell layer, a growth factor sustained-release coating. The core scaffold, seed cell layer, growth factor sustained-release coating are distributed sequentially from the inside to the outside. The core scaffold is a composite porous material, by weight, the raw materials include 30–50 parts of nano-hydroxyapatite, 40–60 parts of polylactic acid–glycolic acid copolymer, 5–10 parts of chitosan, and 3–8 parts of β-tricalcium phosphate. The porosity of the core scaffold is 70–85%, the average pore diameter is 100–300 μm, and an interconnected three-dimensional pore network is formed inside. The tissue-engineered artificial bone of the present invention has broad application prospects in complex bone defect repair, trauma orthopedics, orthopedic reconstruction, providing a novel and efficient solution for clinical bone repair.
