Abstract
The present invention discloses a chemical method for treating microbial clogging during artificial recharge, which relates to the technical field of microbial clogging treatment. This chemical method for treating microbial clogging during artificial recharge utilizes chlorine dioxide to manage microbial clogging in the recharge process. It plays a positive role in extending the service life of recharge facilities, reducing equipment maintenance costs, and improving recharge efficiency. The bactericidal chlorine dioxide solution can rapidly oxidize and destroy tyrosine in the bacterial protein capsid, inhibiting specific bacterial adsorption. The chlorine dioxide solution undergoes redox reactions with certain amino acids in bacterial and other microbial proteins, thereby controlling microbial protein synthesis and ultimately leading to bacterial death. This method can be used multiple times and for extended periods under conditions that meet drinking water standards, without damaging the aquifer or recharge well system and without adversely affecting groundwater quality.
