This invention discloses a method, apparatus, device, and storage medium for classifying pulmonary data, including: obtaining a combination of target data labels and the corresponding test pulmonary data set, as well as a target data classification model; performing preprocessing operations on the test pulmonary data set to obtain a target pulmonary data set; inputting the target pulmonary data set into the target data classification model to obtain the output, which corresponds to the target data classification results of the test data source. This invention reduces the likelihood of subsequent misdiagnosis.
