Intelligent recommendation system based on big data processing and analysis

Abstract

The present invention provides an intelligent recommendation system based on big data processing and analysis. The system includes a multi-source data collection and integration module, a distributed data storage and management module, a data processing and feature engineering module, an algorithm model and recommendation engine module, a real-time and offline collaboration module, and a user portrait and context awareness module. In the present invention, collaborative filtering and deep learning algorithms are used to realize personalized content recommendation. A distributed data processing platform is adopted, combined with dual engines of real-time stream processing and offline batch processing, dynamic perception and accurate modeling of user preferences are achieved. The system has the advantages of strong scalability, short response time, and high recommendation accuracy, and realizes a full-link closed loop from data collection to accurate recommendation.
