Abstract

This invention presents a method for in-situ preparation of conductive silver paste for solar cell electrodes. It involves preparing corresponding silver precursors and reducing solutions separately in two atomizers, atomizing them, and simultaneously entering them into an aerosol jet printing nozzle. The substrate heating temperature is set at 70°C to 80°C, and the printed sample is heated for 10 minutes post-printing to enable rapid formation of the in-situ synthesized silver paste. This method aims to enhance printing efficiency and the conversion efficiency of solar cells.
