Abstract
The present disclosure belongs to the field of tying robots, specifically a roller-type rebar tying robot. It includes a machine body, a chassis mechanism arranged around the machine body, and an execution mechanism arranged at a middle position of the machine body. The chassis mechanism includes brackets arranged at a bottom around the machine body, rotating shafts rotatably connected to middle positions of the brackets, rolling shafts fixedly sleeved on outer peripheral surfaces of the rotating shafts, limit shafts fixed on tops of the brackets, and first hydraulic cylinders fixed on a surface of the machine body at top positions of two of the brackets. An output end of each first hydraulic cylinder is fixed to a surface of an adjacent bracket, the limit shafts are slidably connected to the surface of the machine body, and the other two brackets are fixed to the surface of the machine body. The disclosure enables large-scale, wide-spacing operation, improves work coverage, prevents damage to the rebar surface caused by an overweight robot chassis, reduces high construction costs, and effectively enhances work efficiency through rational robot arrangement.
