Abstract
The present invention relates to the technical field of sewage biological treatment, and in particular to a rapid symbiosis method for bacteria-algae aerobic granular sludge (AGS) based on a filamentous bacteria framework, including constructing a sequencing batch reactor and inoculating AGS containing filamentous bacteria; adding composite microalgae into the reactor; and operating the reactor under light and aeration conditions. The present invention fully utilizes the network structure formed in the early stage of excessive proliferation of filamentous bacteria and the adhesion property of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) secreted by them, to strengthen the rapid attachment and colonization of microalgae on the surface of granular sludge. The introduction of microalgae effectively regulates the ratio of protein to polysaccharide in EPS and inhibits the excessive proliferation of filamentous bacteria, thereby avoiding sludge bulking and disintegration.
