Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of devices for separating tumor cells and specifically relates to a device for the rapid separation of tumor cells from malignant pleural effusion, comprising a receiving tank. A removable cover plate is provided above the receiving tank, on which a drainage pump is arranged. An extraction mechanism is provided on the drainage tube; an extraction needle is arranged at the end of the effusion extraction tube, and a removable auxiliary part is provided on the extraction tube. A temperature control mechanism is arranged on the side wall of the receiving tank. A water inlet and a water outlet are provided on the side of the receiving tank, and a water-cooled cooling circulation machine is arranged on the side of the receiving tank, the inlet of which is connected to the water inlet and the outlet of which is connected to the water outlet.Inside the collection tank is a microporous membrane separation mechanism. The microporous membrane vibration filtration mechanism comprises a percolation unit located inside the collection tank, as well as a vibration filtration unit, thereby facilitating the separation of tumor cells from the pleural effusion and improving the efficiency of the overall separation process.
