Abstract
The present application relates to the technical field of laser cladding, and discloses a probe- type three-dimensional ultrasonic vibration-assisted laser cladding device, including a working platform, a laser cladding system and a three-dimensional ultrasonic vibration system. The three- dimensional ultrasonic vibration system includes a distribution box, a one-dimensional longitudinal vibration transducer, a two-dimensional elliptical vibration transducer, a one- dimensional amplitude transformer, a two-dimensional amplitude transformer, a three- dimensional vibration coupling device, a V-shaped fixing frame and a high-temperature-resistant probe. The one-dimensional longitudinal vibration transducer and the two-dimensional transducer are fastened and connected by the V-shaped fixing frame, and a one-dimensional longitudinal vibration and a two-dimensional elliptical vibration are combined into a three-dimensional composite vibration by the three-dimensional vibration coupling device, and finally introduced into an inner part of a cladding reaction zone through the high-temperature-resistant probe. Compared with planar two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration, a three-dimensional cavitation effect and a three-dimensional flow field generated by the device are more significant, achieving an all- round stirring of the cladding reaction zone, thereby significantly refining grains, reducing pores and cracks, and improving the density and comprehensive performance of a cladding layer.
