Abstract
The invention discloses a green concrete preparation method for resource utilization of coal gangue, relating to the technical field of preparing concrete materials from solid waste. Where, the solid waste is self-igniting coal gangue fine aggregate with particle gradation similar to natural river sand, obtained by crushing self-igniting coal gangue. As a lightweight aggregate, the coal gangue fine aggregate may replace natural river sand as fine aggregate in volume ratio, and fly ash is added to improve the workability of concrete, thereby solving the problem of poor workability of ordinary coal gangue concrete. The invention crushes coal gangue to serve as fine aggregate for preparing coal gangue fine aggregate concrete with high strength and good performance, which not only saves the exploitation of natural aggregates but also consumes a large amount of coal gangue, being an effective practical method for solid waste utilization to solve environmental problems.
