Abstract
The present invention discloses a device and a system for preventive training exercises for the prevention of occupational lumbar disorders, comprising a lumbar support, wherein the lumbar support has an arc-shaped structure and several pressure sensors are arranged from top to bottom in the middle zone of the arc-shaped inner surface, and several miniature vibration motors are provided along both sides of the pressure sensors on the arc-shaped inner surface from top to bottom; several electric push rods are arranged from top to bottom in the middle zone of the arc-shaped outer surface of the lumbar support, and several springs are provided along both sides of the electric push rods on the arc-shaped outer surface, the springs being connected to a protective housing. The lumbar support of the invention can be placed in the gap between the user's lumbar region and the work environment or fixed to the user's lumbar region by means of a fastening component; no specific time or place is required, thus enabling synchronous use in occupational scenarios such as prolonged sitting in the office or while driving, and solving the problems of conventional preventative measures, which are difficult to implement due to time constraints or practical limitations. Furthermore, the lumbar support can monitor the pressure exerted on it by the corresponding lumbar vertebrae in real time using pressure sensors.
