Description

The present invention relates to a stackable container device. More particularly, the invention relates to a stackable container device comprising a tray having a horizontal bottom, two longitudinal walls and two solid transverse walls, the container device further comprising two transverse sidewalks which are oriented horizontally on the inside of the tray by determining, with a upper horizontal edge of the walls of the tray at its corners at the connection of the longitudinal and transverse walls, a stacking support. An example of this type of device is known from document EP0870689 which discloses the use of sidewalks attached with folding to the transverse walls and fixed to the ends of the longitudinal walls. The sidewalks are integrated into the board. End cross plates can be slid under sidewalks. Each plate has three flaps, a central flap of which is in correspondence of a central part of the corresponding transverse wall and side flaps are inclined under the sidewalks, from the central flap towards the longitudinal walls. The top and bottom of the side flaps are cut at an angle to fit on the top chamfered corners of the top. The assembly of these transverse end plates is relatively complex because it requires good control of the dimensional dispersions of the plate as of said plates, even if the chamfers of the plate and the oblique cutouts of the transverse plates can facilitate the centering of the plates. Moreover, in addition to the need to properly control the insertion clearances, sliding the plates under the sidewalks is an operation which can be tricky to be automated. Indeed, sidewalks can constitute obstacles for the insertion of the plates. Document US 2010 / 0247272 discloses a container device comprising all the features of the preamble of claim 1. The object of the present invention is in particular to improve the existing solutions and / or to propose alternatives. In addition to the constraints expressed above in relation to one of the solutions of document EP0870689, other constraints can be taken into account when it comes to proposing container devices with high mechanical resistance to stacking. It is good to reinforce stacking trays, in particular for products such as relatively dense fruits and vegetables which increase the stresses during the vertical stacking of said trays, but it is still necessary not to complicate their structure or their mode too much. conformation. To this end, the subject of the invention is a stackable container device comprising a tray having a horizontal bottom, two longitudinal walls and two solid transverse walls. The container device further comprises two transverse sidewalks which are oriented horizontally on the inside of the plate by determining, with a horizontal upper edge of the walls of the plate at its corners at the connection of the longitudinal and transverse walls, a stacking support. In correspondence of each solid transverse wall of the tray, the container device comprises a reinforcement device added to the tray and having on the one hand a main face extending with regard to the whole of the corresponding transverse wall of the tray, from from the bottom of the plate and up to the upper edge of the plate and on the other hand, connected to the top of the main face, a folded face substantially at right angles to the main face by constituting the sidewalk. The reinforcement device further comprises members for additional attachment of the sidewalk section within the container device by fixing the sidewalk horizontally. The container device is characterized in that each add-on reinforcement device comprises, in its additional attachment members, two upper tabs connected to the free lateral ends of the sidewalk panel while being fixed externally to the longitudinal walls of the tray. In various embodiments of the container device according to the invention, one and / or other of the following provisions may also be used: each add-on reinforcement device comprises two lateral tongues connected vertically to the free lateral ends of the main face being against an inner face of the longitudinal walls of the plate; the two lateral tongues extend vertically from the bottom of the plate and as far as the edge top of the plate; each add-on reinforcement device comprises, in its additional connecting devices, two folded sections for connecting the sidewalk section to the main section, comprising an intermediate section extending under the sidewalk and a fixing section extending towards the bottom from the intermediate side being fixed to the internal face of the main side; the intermediate side extends inclined under the sidewalk side being oriented, from a free end of the sidewalk side on the inside of the plate, of a share towards the corresponding main pan and on the other hand towards the bottom of the tray; the upper legs are on part of the height of their r longitudinal wall of the tray; each upper tab is on the one hand fixed to the outer face of an inner panel belonging to the corresponding longitudinal wall of the tray, this panel being connected vertically to a corresponding lateral end of the corresponding transverse wall of the tray , and on the other hand located in a vertically clear space along this panel and above an external side wall belonging to said longitudinal wall, this wall being connected horizontally to the horizontal bottom of the plate; the two transverse walls of the plate are provided with at least one upper stacking wedging tenon projecting from the upper horizontal edge of the transverse and longitudinal walls, each added reinforcement device comprising a notch for receiving the stacking wedging tenon facing a corresponding notch provided to the connection of the bottom of the plate and of each transverse wall for receiving the wedging pin stacking; each reported reinforcement device is made of cardboard of a thickness different from the thickness of the tray receiving it. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a reinforcement device intended to be attached to a tray of a container device according to the invention, the reinforcement device having on the one hand a main face shaped to extend under of the whole of the corresponding transverse wall of the tray and on the other hand, connected at the top of the main face, a face folded at right angles to the main face, constituting a sidewalk which constitutes a stacking support, being intended to be oriented horizontally on the inside of the tray to determine the stacking support with a horizontal upper edge of the walls of the tray at its corners at the connection of the longitudinal and transverse walls. The reinforcement device further comprises members for additional attachment of the sidewalk section to fix it horizontally. The reinforcement device is characterized in that the additional attachment members have two upper lugs connected to the lateral free ends of the sidewalk panel while being shaped to be fixed externally to the longitudinal walls of the plate. In one version of this reinforcement device, the additional attachment members may have two folded sections for connecting the sidewalk section to the main section, comprising an intermediate section extending under the sidewalk and a fixing section extending downwards from the intermediate section by being fixed to the internal face of the main section. In addition, the intermediate side can extend inclined under the sidewalk side being oriented, from a free end of the sidewalk side, towards the main side. In another version of this reinforcement device, two lateral tongues can be connected vertically to the lateral free ends of the main panel, being shaped to be against an inner face of the corresponding longitudinal walls of the plate. Referring to the figures, the reference 10 designates a container device which does not form part of the invention, comprising a tray 12 made of cardboard and two reinforcing devices 13 which are pieces of cardboard which are attached to the tray. In the various figures, the same references designate identical or similar elements. The tray and the reinforcing devices are indicated as being made of cardboard but they can be made of any semi-rigid material having equivalent properties of mechanical strength and foldability. In the embodiment shown as an example in the figures, the container device 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepipedic base, having its plate 12 which comprises a rectangular horizontal bottom 12D, the length of which determines the direction qualified as longitudinal in the present description and the width corresponds to to the direction referred to as transverse in the present description. The height of the plate is for example approximately one third of the width of the plate. The container device therefore serves as a reference to define the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. Such a tray 12 has the usual dimensions to typically contain fruit or vegetables. For example, such a tray may contain melons. For the transport of melons, when container devices are stacked, their resistance to vertical compression must be important because melons are relatively dense and heavy products. Indeed, the trays thus stacked for example on a pallet must support, in particular for those which are below the stack, a very significant mass taking into account the mass of the trays filled and arranged up to the top of the stacking. The container devices 10 according to the invention are stackable and are intended for this use, with the constraints explained above. Each container device 10 has its plate 12 which comprises two longitudinal walls 12L and two transverse walls 12T which are solid. These transverse walls 12T are substantially rectangular and are solid by being connected vertically to the longitudinal walls 12L and horizontally to the bottom wall 12D. The plate 12 is cardboard with parallel flutes which are arranged longitudinally. In the 12T crosswalls, the splines are aligned vertically for good resistance to vertical compression of the crosswalls. The reinforcement devices 13 are also made up of cardboard with parallel flutes which are arranged parallel to the flutes of the plate. The two transverse walls 12T of the plate are each provided with at least one upper tenon 16 for stacking wedging projecting from the upper horizontal edge of the transverse walls. In practice, the dimensions of the studs 16 are standardized, as are the locations of these studs. Thus, the various manufacturers of trays intended to be stacked use these dimensions and these standard type locations. The tray 12 includes a notch 18 arranged at the connection of the bottom 12D of the tray and of each transverse wall 12T for receiving a tenon 16 for wedging corresponding stacking when the trays are stacked. The plate 12 has its longitudinal walls 12L which determine a vertical recess 12V over part of the length and over part of the height of the plate, centered in the middle of the length of this longitudinal wall. Each 12V vertical recess is open with a flare at the top of the plate, above a central zone at the bottom of the longitudinal wall. Such a 12V recess is of the classic type and does not deserve to be detailed. Furthermore, the longitudinal walls 12L are equipped at the top of their recess 12V with an upper flap 12R which does not deserve to be described in more detail either. The plate 12 comes from an initially flat blank as FIG. 2 represents. Each longitudinal wall 12L has an outer side wall 22 which is over the entire length of the tray and over the entire height of the tray except at the central part of the top of the outer side wall which determines the vertical recess. In addition, each longitudinal wall 12L has two interior panels 24 which are initially attached to each side end of each transverse wall 12T. The connection of each interior panel 24 with its transverse walls 12T is made by folding along a vertical fold line 26. of the board. Each interior panel 24 is over part of the length of the corresponding longitudinal wall 12L and over the entire height of this longitudinal wall at these end zones which are longitudinally on each side of the central zone at the bottom of the longitudinal wall. At each end of the plate, an upper edge 28 is horizontal, being determined by the upper faces of the walls of the plate at its corners at the connection of the longitudinal and transverse walls. These corners have the vertical folding lines 26. Each upper edge 28 defines a stacking support at the top of the end zones of the longitudinal walls 12L and at the top of the transverse walls 12T at the center of which the tenons 28 arrange an interruption of this upper edge . The container device further comprises two transverse sidewalks 30 which are oriented substantially horizontally by determining, with the horizontal upper edge 28 of the walls of the plate at its corners at the connection of the longitudinal and transverse walls, a stacking support. The transverse sidewalks 30 are adjacent to the upper faces of the transverse walls 12T, these upper faces constituting portions of the upper edge 28 of the plate. The transverse sidewalks 30 are oriented on the interior side of the plate from said upper faces. The transverse sidewalks 30 can be slightly inclined by a few degrees downwards and towards the interior of the platform. The tray 12 is shaped from the blank by folding the outer side walls 22 along a horizontal folding axis so as to bring each outer side wall 22 perpendicular to the bottom 12D of the tray. Each inner panel 24 is folded perpendicular to its transverse wall 12T, by folding along the line 26 of the corresponding fold. Finally, each transverse wall 12T equipped with its interior panels 24 folded down at right angles is folded along a horizontal folding axis so as to bring each transverse wall 12T perpendicular to the bottom 12D of the tray while the interior panels 24 are slid parallel to the side walls 22, along the interior faces of these walls. The interior panels 24 are glued to the corresponding end zones of the external side walls 22. Such gluing is conventional. The process of shaping tray 12 can be performed using a conventional shaping machine. Each reinforcement device 13 is intended to be attached to the plate 12 by presenting on the one hand a main face 33 and on the other hand, connected at the top of the main face, the sidewalk 30 which is constituted by a face folded at a right angle relative to the main pan. Each reinforcement device 13 comprises a notch 35 provided for the reception, when the container devices 10 are stacked, of the corresponding stacking pin 16 which belongs to the container device 10 adjacent below the reinforcement device 13 in question. This tenon 16, by cooperating by engagement in the notch 35 and in the corresponding notch 18 of the plate, allows the wedging of the stacked container devices. Each reinforcement device 13 further comprises members for additional attachment of the sidewalk within the container device by fixing the sidewalk horizontally. The additional attachment members are intended to block the sidewalk sections 30 in a horizontal position relative to the rest of the container device, in order to prevent the sidewalks from collapsing when these devices are stacked. These additional attachment members are different depending on whether is considered either the first embodiment illustrated in Figure 1 to Figure 6 and its variant illustrated in Figure 7 to Figure 11 or the second embodiment according to the invention illustrated from Figure 12 to Figure 17. The various additional connection bodies will be detailed one after the other. In the first embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, each reinforcement device 13 comprises, in its additional connection members, two folded sections for connecting the sidewalk section to the main section. These two sections comprise on the one hand an intermediate section 37 intended to extend under the sidewalk 30 and on the other hand a fixing section 39 intended to extend downwards from the intermediate section 37 while being fixed to the internal face of the main face 33. When the reinforcement device 13 is in the plate 12, the intermediate face 37 extends inclined under the sidewalk face 30 while being oriented, from a free end of the sidewalk face on the inside of the face plate, on the one hand towards the corresponding main face 33 and on the other hand towards the bottom 12D of the plate. The operation of the container device 10 is already apparent in part from the preceding description and will now be detailed. In the first assembly example phase, as shown in Figure 3, the reinforcement devices 13 are positioned in approach for their assembly to the plate 12. The reinforcement devices 13 are presented vertically, above and substantially in the parallel planes to the transverse walls 12T. The reinforcement devices 13 are then ready to be lowered vertically in the direction of the bottom wall 12D of the plate. In the second phase of the assembly example, as shown in FIG. 4, at the start of their assembly to the plate, the reinforcing devices 13 are positioned for insertion into the plate 12. They are lowered substantially parallel to the corresponding transverse wall 12T then brought together by horizontal translation combined, where appropriate, with pivoting around a horizontal axis for bonding to the internal face of their transverse wall. Thus, each reinforcement device 13 is attached to the plate 12 with its main face 33 extending opposite the whole of the corresponding transverse wall 12T of the plate, from the bottom 12D of the plate and up to the upper edge 28 of the board. Advantageously, the insertion movements are relatively simple and allow mechanization via a machine which can then be of robust design because it is not very complex in its architecture and economical to manufacture. In the third phase of the assembly example, the top of the reinforcement devices is transformed. The reinforcing devices are folded conformally towards the inside of the plate. Figure 5 shows the beginning of the folding allowing the conformation of the sidewalks 30. This folding is done following the pivoting of transverse and horizontal axes. The sidewalk 30 is pivoted relative to the upper end of the main face 33, to come to a horizontal orientation. The intermediate side 37 is pivoted relative to the free end of the sidewalk side 30, opposite the main side, to be oriented in an inclined manner under the sidewalk. The fixing face 39 is pivoted with respect to the free end of the intermediate face 37, opposite the pavement 30, to be oriented vertically under said pavement while being directed downwards and positioned against the main face 33 with gluing. Thus, as shown in Figure 6, the assembly of the plate 12 and the reinforcement devices 13 is finalized. In summary, the sidewalk panel 30 is folded at right angles while being horizontal and directed towards the inside of the tray. The sidewalk section 30 is cantilevered away from the bottom 12D, horizontally flush with the upper edge 28 of the corresponding corners of the plate. Continuing to recapitulate, the intermediate panel 37 extends under the curb 30 and the fixing panel 39 extends downward from the intermediate panel 37 being fixed to the internal face of the main panel. The intermediate side 37 is inclined under the sidewalk side being oriented, from a free end of the sidewalk side inside the board, on the one hand towards the corresponding main side and on the other hand towards the bottom of the board. It thus serves as a strut so that the sidewalk is stiffened over its entire length and keeps its horizontal orientation. The fixing face 39 stabilizes the assembly in position. To save material, the fixing face may be of reduced height as shown in the figures, the gluing allowing good assembly strength even if the bottom of the fixing face 39 does not press against the bottom of the plate. Various advantages can emerge from the platform reinforcement solution using the added reinforcement device 13 with its sidewalk 30 resistant to vertical crushing. In addition to the sidewalks 30 allowing good resistance when stacking the container devices, the main sections 33 provide an improvement in the resistance to vertical compression of the container device, by doubling the transverse walls of the plate. Advantageously, the dimensional dispersions of the plate as well as of the added reinforcement device are easy to manage in order to have a stackable container device which is solid and easy to assemble. In addition, the geometry of the reinforcement device promotes the absence of loss of material because scrap is minimized. Advantageously, the geometry of the added reinforcement device by integrating a sidewalk allows this sidewalk to take up little space inside the plate. Indeed this sidewalk is solid without being too bulky and without being complex to maintain securely in the tray. Advantageously, each added reinforcement device 13 may have a different thickness from the thickness of the plate 12 receiving it. Thus, to have a container device having good characteristics of resistance to vertical compression, it is possible to use a base plate having a cardboard for example relatively thin and simple grooves and to choose to use a device of reported reinforcement 13 which is thicker and for example provided with double grooves. Advantageously, the reinforcement devices 13 do not interfere with the proper use of the studs 16 for stacking wedging. The container device can be shaped using, on the one hand, a standard shaping machine for the tray and, on the other hand, a specific shaping machine for the added reinforcement device. The same machine can be added to shape the added reinforcement and assemble it in the plate. As an assembly variant, the added reinforcement device may have its sidewalk which is shaped prior to assembly to the plate. The attached reinforcement device can be assembled to the corresponding transverse wall of the plate before the plate is shaped, this shaping of the plate being carried out when the reinforcement devices have already been added to the blank to be shaped. The assembly of the reinforcement devices in the tray can be carried out quite flexibly, knowing that the tray can be of the standard type. For example, the main face of each reinforcement device can be lowered substantially vertically, more or less in parallel with the corresponding transverse wall of the plate, then, when the bottom of the main face is approaching the bottom or touches it, the device reinforcement can be pressed laterally against the transverse wall with gluing. The mechanization of the assembly can be modular, for example by keeping an existing tray conforming machine for standard trays. This mechanization can be not very complex due to simple assembly movements of the reinforcement device in the plate. In the variant of the first embodiment as represented from FIG. 7 to FIG. 11, each reinforcement device 13 comprises, in addition to the configuration described previously, two lateral tabs 43 which are connected vertically to the free lateral ends of the main panel 33. Each tab 43 is against an inner face of the longitudinal walls of the plate. A vertical fold 46 is present at the intersection of the main panel 33 and each side tongue. The two side tabs 43 extend vertically from the bottom 12D of the plate 12 and up to the upper edge 28 of the plate. In the first phase of the assembly example, as shown in FIG. 8, the reinforcing devices 13 are positioned in approach for their assembly to the plate 12, after folding the side tabs 43 perpendicularly to their adjacent main face. The reinforcement devices 13 are presented vertically, above and substantially in the planes parallel to the transverse walls 12T with the tabs 43 on the inside of the plate. The reinforcement devices 13 are then ready to be lowered vertically in the direction of the bottom wall 12D of the plate, the side tabs 43 then sliding against the inner faces of the inner panels 24 belonging to the longitudinal walls 12L of the plate. The rest of the assembly operations are carried out on the same principle as described above. In the second assembly phase, at the start of their assembly to the plate, the reinforcement devices 13 are positioned for insertion into the plate 12. They are lowered substantially parallel to the corresponding transverse wall 12T then, when the bottom of the main sections is close to the 12D bottom, the reinforcement devices are brought together with horizontal translation combined if necessary with a pivoting around a horizontal axis for gluing to the internal face of their transverse wall. On the same principle as previously explained, each reinforcement device 13 is attached to the plate 12 by having its main face 33 which extends opposite the whole of the corresponding transverse wall 12T of the plate. Figure 9 corresponds to Figure 4 and shows said reinforcements 13 at this beginning of the assembly to the plate. Advantageously, the insertion movements are still relatively simple. The side tabs 43 triple the thickness of the end zones at the corners of the container device. The side tabs 43 can be glued to the longitudinal walls. If the gluing of the tongues is prior to the insertion of the reinforcement device 13 in the plate 12, the descent of said reinforcement is carried out with the tongues 43 tightened towards their main face. If the gluing of the tongues is subsequent to the insertion of the reinforcement device 13 into the plate 12, during gluing, the tongues 43 are tightened towards their main face by pivoting in the plate along the fold 46. The gluing of the tongues 43 is performed before folding sidewalks 30 to their horizontal working position. In the third phase of the example of assembly, the reinforcement devices 13 have their top which is folded to shape in the direction of the inside of the plate. Figure 10 corresponds to Figure 5 and shows the beginning of the folding allowing the conformation of the sidewalks 30. The folding is done along the same pivoting of transverse and horizontal axes as those described above. Sidewalk 30 is rotated to come to a horizontal orientation. The intermediate face 37 is pivoted with respect to the free end of the sidewalk face 30, to end up being inclined under the pavement, passing between the lateral tabs 43. The fixing face 39 is pivoted with respect to the free end of the intermediate pan 37, passing between the side tabs 43 to end up being oriented vertically under said sidewalk being directed downwards and positioned against the main pan 33 with gluing. Thus, as shown in Figure 11, the assembly of the plate 12 and the reinforcement devices 13 is finalized. In summary, the sidewalk panel 30 is folded at right angles while being horizontal and directed towards the inside of the tray. The sidewalk panel 30 is cantilevered away from the bottom 12D, horizontally flush with, on the one hand, the upper face of the side tongues 43 and, on the other hand, the upper edge 28 of the corresponding corners of the tray. According to the invention, a second embodiment of the container device 10 is represented from FIG. 12 to FIG. 17, this container device being different from the first embodiment in several characteristics. The reinforcement devices 13 are different in having sidewalk sections associated with additional attachment members which are specific. The top of the ends of the outer side walls 22 are particular. Each reinforcement device 13 comprises two upper tabs 49 which are connected to the lateral free ends of the sidewalk panel 30 to ensure its lateral attachment. A folding segment 49P is present at the connection of each upper leg 49 with its sidewalk section. The two upper tabs 49 are connected to the free lateral ends of the sidewalk panel 30 to be fixed externally to the longitudinal walls 12L of the plate. The reinforcement device 13 according to the second embodiment has its upper tabs 49 which replace the fixing face and the intermediate face of the first embodiment. The sidewalk 30 is secured laterally and no longer by fixing transversely. On the top and on the end angle of each outer side wall 22 belonging to each longitudinal wall 12L, a cutout 22D is provided to determine a space 52 which is cleared vertically along the corresponding inner panel 24. The upper tabs 49 are located over part of the height of their corresponding longitudinal wall of the tray. Each upper leg 49 is fixed to the outer face of the inner panel 24 belonging to the corresponding longitudinal wall 12T on the plate, being located in the space 52. This space makes it possible to prevent the legs 49 from protruding laterally from the plate. For the second embodiment of the container device, the assembly operations for assembling the reinforcing devices 13 in the plate 12 differ little from the operations described in relation to the variant of the second embodiment. The differences are described below, with respect to the implementation of the upper tabs 49 instead of the folding and fixing of the intermediate sections and the fixing sections. At the start of assembly, as shown in Figure 14, the reinforcement devices 13 are positioned in approach for their assembly to the plate 12, after folding the side tabs 43 perpendicularly to their adjacent main face 33. The upper tabs 49 are positioned transversely, without having been folded in relation to their curb side. Figure 15 corresponds to Figure 4 and Figure 9 to show the reinforcing devices 13 just after insertion into the tray. The upper tabs 49 are still positioned transversely, without having been folded in relation to their sidewalk section. As shown in Figure 16, the sidewalk sections 30 are folded down to be horizontal on the side of the interior of the tray. The upper tabs 49 are still positioned transversely, without having been folded in relation to their sidewalk section. The upper tabs 49 have their folding segment 49P substantially above the upper face of the side tabs 43 and the interior panels 24, in correspondence of parts of the upper edge 28 of the tray. At the end of the assembly, the upper legs 49 are folded with respect to their sidewalk section 30, perpendicularly and downwards. This folding is favored by the presence of the folding segments 49P. The upper tabs 49 are glued to the outer face of the outer side walls 24, in the corresponding space 52. In another variant shown in Figure 18, compared to the first embodiment, the fixing panel 39 is still glued to the inner face of the main panel 33, but it extends upwards, under the root of the sidewalk panel . In this variant, the sidewalk panel 30, the intermediate panel 37 and the fixing panel 39 are folded into conformation before the transverse walls and the longitudinal walls are folded into conformation. In a variant not shown, for the second embodiment, the reinforcement devices do not include a lateral tongue on each side of the main face. This absence of a side tab does not change the principle of assembly as regards the upper tabs associated with the sidewalk. In a variant not shown, for the second embodiment, the plate does not include a vertical widening or an upper flap in its central zone longitudinally between the interior panels of the longitudinal wall. The upper limit of the outer side wall is just below the lowest level of the upper legs when glued to the corresponding inner panel. More generally, the external side walls can have a horizontal top, located below the level of the top of the interior panels participating in the determination of the upper edge of the plate. The advantages of strength and ease of implementation of the container device are substantially the same for the different embodiments. In a variant not shown, the upper stacking wedging tenons are arranged differently, for example being two in number at the top of the transverse walls. The fittings on the notches and indentations are consistent.
