Heat-medium discharge device

Abstract

Provided is a heat-medium discharge device which makes it possible to quickly discharge a heat medium from a heat-medium channel when there is stoppage, maintenance or the like of a pump for circulating the heat medium in the heat-medium channel of a solar-heat collection device, and to reduce the residual amount of the heat medium during discharge thereof. The heat-medium discharge device is provided at a connection end section (2a) and connected to an angled pipe (5) serving as the heat-medium discharge point for the heat-medium channel (2) through which the heat medium flows in a solar-heat collection device (1). The heat-medium discharge device is equipped with an air backflow prevention unit (31) for, during discharge of the heat medium, upwardly orienting the flow direction toward the angled pipe (5) of the heat medium, and thereafter, downwardly orienting the same. The air backflow prevention unit (31) prevents backward flow against the flow direction of air from the angled pipe (5) inside the heat-medium channel (2) during discharge of the heat medium.
