Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a connective tissue graft suitable for correcting a connective tissue abnormality, said method comprising determining the size and shape of the tissue abnormality, harvesting adipose tissue from a patient that is adapted to the size and shape of the tissue abnormality, and contacting the adipose tissue with one or more specific connective tissue growth or differentiation factors. The invention also relates to kits for said method.
