Abstract

The present invention relates to a novel chromone oxime derivative of formula (i), which is a modulator of glutamate-sensitive receptors in the nervous system and, furthermore, which advantageously exhibits high penetration into the brain upon oral administration. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing this compound and its use for the treatment or prevention of health conditions associated with altered glutamatergic signaling and / or function, or health conditions that can be influenced by changes in glutamate levels or signaling, particularly acute and chronic neurological and / or psychiatric disorders.
