Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds of formula i that function as inhibitors of the enzymatic activity of parg (polyadp-ribose glycohydrolase): in said formula, r 1a , r 1b , r 1c , r 1d , r 1e , w, x1, x2, x3, x4, x5, x6, x7, c are each as defined in the description. The present invention also relates to methods for preparing these compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and their use in the treatment of proliferative disorders, such as cancer, as well as other diseases or conditions in which parg activity is involved.
