Abstract
Methods and systems according to the invention allow for testing essential performance parameters of broadband communication systems while using lower bandwidth test channels, thus enabling lower-cost hardware (or a legacy test system). In particular, embodiments of the invention allow for testing EVMs in digital systems, especially OFDM systems. The invention is readily applicable to test equipment for production lines, such as IC testers for end-product testers.
