Abstract

The aim of the invention is to provide a multi-platform tower that significantly reduces production costs, as the tower is adaptable to different types of turbines. To this end, the improvements consist of obtaining a profile based on frustoconical sections with varying inclinations, geometrically corresponding to a load envelope obtained by superimposing theoretical profiles of respective towers specifically designed for several different turbines. Since the lower part of the turbine includes mounting means of varying diameters, it is necessary to include a series of adapters or coils (4-4') ​​with a frustoconical configuration to adapt the tower to any type of turbine.If necessary, a second adapter (11) formed of a wedge-shaped ring could be included, the adapter modifying the angle of the plane in which the blades rotate, thus moving the free end of the blades away from the tower.
